Jaycee Moveset and Changes:

General Frame advantage changes on hit/block for most moves to generally be more +
Also changed damage and hit properties of some moves
All of her Tag 2 moves have been ported over, most have different inputs and are connected to pre-exisiting moves; some were also adjusted

New Moves, Changes, and Inputs:
121 3+4: Goes into Backturned
24: Goes into her F4 from Tag 2: can press 1+2 on hit to go into the grab
222 (Tag 2 move, F2): Changed reaction on airborne opponent
443: New string from original moveset creator
4~3: Her Tag 2 flip kick, can CH launch
2+3: Tag 2 move (DF3+4), goes into grab on hit, can be used in wallcombos as an ender
N1+2+4: Tag 2 Taunt
F2 B on hit 2+3: Tag 2 move
F2+3: Tag 2 Move (FF 3+4) Another Dropkick
FF13: Goes into her Tag 2 standing 3, can go into Backturned by holding back
FF1~1+2: Tag 2 move (F1+2) lariat, can hold to turn it into an unblockable
FF3~2: Goes into Rage Drive when in Rage
UF1~2: Goes into her Tag 2 UF2
UF3: Tag 2 move, Roll Stance
UF U and UB2: Tag 2 move (B21) Changed reaction on airborne opponent
U1+2: Tag 2 throw 
UB1: Tag 2 Move
UB3: Tag 2 standing 3; can go into Backturned by holding back
UB4: Tag 2 F4 as mentioned before; can go into grab by pressing 1+2
B23: Can go into Roll by pressing/holding F; can also go into her F3 dash by pressing 3. Can go into Handstand stance by pressing B2
B1+4: Tag 2 move, body check; gurantees throw
B2+3: Tag 2 move, shoulder charge, CH launches and can be used in combos
B3+4: Tag 2 move (FF3+4) cartwheel kicks
B1+2+3: Tag 2 Ki Charge, recovers faster
DB2: Tag 2 move
DB4: Tag 2 move (Drop kick)
D43: New string from original moveset creator
D*N 1+4: Tag 2 Move (D1+2) Hip Drop
DF24: Can go into Tag 2 move (FF4) and can also press/hold B to go into Backturned
DF43: New string; can go into her F3 dash by pressing 3 or Roll by pressing F. Can also go into Handstand by pressing B2
SS21: Michelle's Tag 2 Move, goes into UB1
SS3~2: Goes into Julia's old SS2; can cancel into Backturned by pressing B3 (timing's a little strict)
SS3~21: Just frame attack; wallbounces
SS3~23: Just frame attack; launches
FC DB1+2: Instant Tackle
WR2 2+3: Goes into 2nd Rage Drive (was in the original moveset mod) While in Rage

BB Moves and Inputs:
BB2: Handstand Stance
BB3: Backturned Stance
BB1+2: Tag 2 Move (FF1+2) Cross Chop
BB1+4: Tag 2 Move (1+4) Flip Jump, can go into grab on hit; can be cancelled by holding/pressing D
Wall Jump: Changed to be her Tag 2 unblockable flip jump

Stance Moves:
During Handstand, 4: Tag 2 move
During Handstand, 1+2: Tag 2 move; changed reaction on airborne opponent (M.Raven's BT 3+4)
During Handstand, F1+2: Tag 2 move

Backturned, 21: Tag 2 move; changed reaction on airborne opponent
Backturned, 24: Goes into her FF4
Backturned, 2+3: Tag 2 move; powercrush
Backturned, 1+4: Tag 2 move (Flip jump)
Backturned, U3: Tag 2 move; gives CH properties after grab
Backturned, DF,D, DB4: Tag 2 move (Drop kick)
Backturned, DB1+4: Tag 2 move (Hip Drop)

F3 Dash, 1+3: Goes into her Tag 2 Grab

Roll (UF3):
During Roll, 1: Tag 2 move; comes out faster
During Roll, 2: Tag 2 move; CH launches
During Roll, 3: Tag 2 move; CH launches
During Roll, 1+2: Goes into Handstand F1+2 (was in the original moveset mod)
During Roll, DB: Tag 2 move; cancels into Handstand
During Roll, 2+4: Tag 2 move; goes into grab
During Roll, 4: Bob's move (was in the original moveset mod)

3+4 (Any direction)
During 3+4, 3 F: Can cancel into Roll
During 3+4, 2+3: Goes into her Tag 2 shoulder charge
During 3+4, 1+3: Goes into her Tag 2 grab (DF1+3)
During 3+4, 2+4: Goes into her Tag 2 grab (WR 1+2)

Standard Grabs have all been changed to her Tag 2 grab animations except for her Backturned ones and when it lands backturned
Legacy grabs can be done by doing while backturned or doing F2+4 and F1+3
During Tackle: 3+4 goes into King's leg lock
During Tackle: 3 or 3+4 at the end of punches; goes into King's armbar, can press 1+2 to do another extension

While Grounded:
Face Up, 1+2: Item Move; recovers health
Face Up, 3+4: Tag 2 Kip Up
Face Down, 3+4: Tag 2 Kip Up

While Ki Charged:
DF4 UF124 3+4: Leads into a Tag 2 string; Blue Spark String, guranteed on hit
During Hit on DF4 UF12 (Opponent); 1+4: Strict Parry
During Parry: DF21; Blue Spark Counter (You can do some fun stuff with this)
